I’m a Junior Research Fellow at University College, in the University of Oxford. I work primarily in epistemology, metaethics, and in the philosophy of race. In epistemology and metaethics, I'm interested in how practical reasons/rationality differ from epistemic reasons/rationality. In the philosophy of race, I’m particularly interested in questions about the nature of racism. Before coming to Oxford, I did my PhD at Rutgers University.
When I’m not doing philosophy, or having philosophy-induced headaches, I like reading old mystery novels, cooking Jamaican food, and playing the piano (albeit badly).
